Holly Lodge Rated ‘Good’ By CQC
Forest Care is delighted to announce the CQC has rated Holly Lodge ‘Good’ on its most recent inspection. The home, specialising in dementia care, has been rated ‘Good’ across all areas, meaning the service they provide is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. A great achievement for all the team at Holly Lodge in Frimley Green.
Inspectors’ commented that “There were established and affectionate relationships between staff, people and their relatives”. Later within the report, inspectors say “The leadership at the home was positive and there was an open and inclusive culture”.
Forest Care is very proud of its dedicated staff and the committed to quality care they demonstrate.
A relative of a resident recently reviewed the care home and said “Residents are very well cared for, treated with dignity and a good understanding of their dementia needs. I regularly see staff I know and despite some very challenging clients, they manage to make it a lively, caring and pleasant place to be”.
At Forest care, we are committed to providing a high standard of care, comfort, security and support to each of our residents. That is why we ensure that all members of staff have ongoing specialist training in dementia care.
