Oak Lodge Celebrates its 6th Birthday
From a derelict barn on a country estate in Hampshire, to an outstanding care home offering Luxury living for the elderly, Oak Lodge has come a long way in 6 years.
In 2013, Oak Lodge opened its doors for the first time in its new premises. With 60 en-suite bathrooms and numerous communal areas, the care home is a purpose-built property offering tranquility and outstanding care.
Originally, Oak Lodge was located within a wing of Oakley Hall Hotel, with only 40 rooms. Cove Homes built what is now Oak Lodge, a beautiful and distinctive care home. Residents enjoyed celebrating the occasion with a large afternoon tea in the main lounge.
The residents attending were sure to give the team three hip hip hurrays as a thank you for hosting the event. Valerie made a speech of thanks to say “Not just today, even though this event has been extra special, we do appreciate the effort all the staff make. It’s wonderful to be here and we enjoy all the different things you do. Thank you from all of us”
