This means we run our homes with a breadth of experience and industry knowledge, combined with a family approach to care and management. Our private care homes combine luxury living alongside 24-hour nursing, residential, dementia and respite care for the elderly, in purpose-built environments within beautiful Surrey and Hampshire countryside locations. Providing well-rounded care is important to us, we endeavour to look after residents’ physical and medical needs, as well as their social, mental and emotional well-being. We set our staffing ratios above industry-standard ratios and our compassionate and experienced teams are committed to providing the very highest standards of care.
Our all-inclusive fee includes physiotherapy, chiropody, hairdressing, massage therapy, trips out, and many other facilities our homes have to offer, so you can relax knowing one fee covers all the person-centred care you or your loved one will need.
We are extremely proud that Cedar Lodge has been awarded Care Home of the Year at the Surrey Care Awards 2025 and Oak Lodge has won Residential Home of the Year at the Hampshire Care Awards 2025. In addition, we’ve been recognised as one of the Top 20 Care Homes in South East England (2024) and a Top 20 Small Care Home Group (2022) by carehome.co.uk. Plus, our specialist dementia home Holly Lodge won Nursing Home of the Year at the Surrey Care Awards 2022.
Our care homes in Frimley, Hartley Wintney, Hook and Basingstoke offer high standards of care comfort, security and support in beautiful surroundings.
Four of our five homes provide 24-hour nursing care, which includes Holly Lodge our award-winning specialist dementia care home. Elm Lodge is purely residential care. Our dedicated activity teams prioritise resident wellbeing by organising a variety of meaningful and joyful group, individual and one-to-one activities and experiences. We involve families in care and activity planning to gain a personal understanding of what really matters to each resident and learn about their favourite pastimes and hobbies so we can tailor activities to suit their preferences.

Choosing a care home can be a difficult and emotional process, so we aim to make it a little easier by providing exceptional care in a happy and homely environment.
