On Saturday 12th August, my husband and I attended a vintage car event held in the car park of the home. There was a good selection of vintage cars on display and two couples in 40's costumes were jiving to music in the centre. Although my mum wasn't present, there were plenty of residents enjoying the nostalgia. The sun was shining and staff also made an effort to dress up and were serving milkshakes. A great effort.
