This prestigious accolade reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our teams and recognises Forest Care as one of the highest-performing small care providers across England, Scotland, and Wales.
The Lottie Awards are determined through a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of care providers across seven key areas, including regulatory ratings, resident wellbeing, facilities, activities, enquiry management, online reviews and the quality and freshness of care home information. By combining Lottie’s own data with trusted external sources, the awards recognise providers that consistently deliver exceptional care and experiences.
We are also proud that Cedar Lodge, Elm Lodge, Oak Lodge and Rowan Lodge have all been recognised among the UK’s Top 100 Care Homes.
