We are looking for an Activities Assistant (24 hours per week) to join the motivated and happy team working at our Rowan Lodge care home. At Forest Care, we are proud to create positive working environments in each of our care homes by encouraging employee participation and humour in the workplace.
Please be advised that this role would require you to drive a small, manual van on occasion for trips out with Residents. Various shifts of 6 hours covering various days and times across the week, including alternate weekends.

Our Activities Team provide a full and varied activities programme of therapeutic group, individual and one-to-one activities for residents to enjoy. Activities are tailored towards the individual, supported by life story work, in line with Forest Care’s ethos of a person-centered approach to holistic care.
Starting salary £12.90 per hour.

Salary £13.10 - £13.76 per hour, depending on qualifications. Alternate weekend working will be required. Day shifts are 8am – 8pm. 36 or 48 hours per week available.
