With effect from 15th March 2022, it is no longer a requirement that we only employ people who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
While there may be concerns that the removal of the mandatory vaccine requirement will affect health and safety in the workplace, we still maintain stringent infection control measures to ensure everyone in our homes remains as safe as possible.
Despite the legislative change, we still strongly believe that vaccination remains the best line of defence against Covid-19 and we therefore strongly encourage all current and prospective staff to be fully vaccinated.
