Despite the legislative change, we still strongly believe that vaccination remains the best line of defence against Covid-19 and we therefore strongly encourage all current and prospective staff to be fully vaccinated.

Employee of the Month

Every month we celebrate the hard work of our team by choosing an Employee of the Month. Residents, relatives and employees can all nominate individuals.

Congratulations to Lubo (Junior) and Chija who have both been nominated as Employee of the Month for August!

CQC Rating

Forest Care is delighted to announce the CQC has rated Oak Lodge ‘Outstanding’ on its most recent inspection. The home has been rated Outstanding in three areas in Good in the remaining two. This means that the service they provide is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. A great achievement for all the team at Oak Lodge in Basingstoke.

Years of Service Party

We celebrated our staff and their 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service. Although we couldn’t host the party we normally would because of lockdown restrictions, we still managed to celebrate in style!
