Activities/Events

Our activities team deliver a fun, varied and engaging weekly schedule of therapeutic and multi-sensory activities for residents in accordance with their assessed needs, wishes and cultural interests. This includes one-to-one activities and activities tailored for residents who are less mobile and able.

As a member of NAPA (a leading activity and engagement charity), the team continuously prioritise wellbeing with meaningful activities such as birthday and anniversary tea parties, pampering days, music therapy, arts & crafts, intergenerational activities with local schools, visiting entertainers and Pets as Therapy, along with a variety of themed events and cultural days. Activities are tailored towards the individual, supported by their life story, in line with Holly Lodge’s ethos of a person-centred approach to care.

Residents are free to choose where and how they spend their time, including socialising as much (or as little) as they wish to.
