Our catering team work very hard to provide a balanced menu that is rich in nutrition while being suitable to the needs of every individual. If residents or relatives have specific allergy or dietary requirements, our catering team will ensure food served is suitable for their needs.
Not only do we believe good nutrition and hydration is important for our residents’ health, our talented Catering Team also prides themselves on offering freshly prepared meals every day, made from locally sourced ingredients.
Our home has a dedicated member of staff who plans and organises new and exciting ways to encourage nutrition and hydration. This ranges from making fruit smoothies, enjoying baking classes to food tastings.
We travel around the world by hosting a themed culture day every month for our residents to enjoy. Whether it is kneading their own pizza bases, folding enchiladas or sampling french cheeses, the activities team find new ways to work with the catering team to enhance special dining experiences.
