Oak Lodge Nestled in the tranquil countryside, Oak Lodge has extensive external and internal communal areas for residents to explore. Oak Lodge is a stunning conversion of former farm buildings offering luxury-living, elegance, comfort, security and 24-hour nursing care.
Oak Lodge is a purpose-built care home designed around the needs of the people we support and finished to a high standard, with modern facilities throughout. All 60 en-suite bedrooms have sensory garden or countryside views, providing a tranquil environment. There are also 6 interconnecting rooms for couples.
Residents can enjoy plenty of bright and spacious communal areas inside, while the gardens and terraces are perfect for enjoying the country air.
Within the extensive grounds around Oak Lodge, there is a summer house that residents can use for some quiet time, a cup of tea with friends or small group activities.
Residents and relatives can enjoy many tranquil outdoor spaces at Oak Lodge. Residents can do some gardening, feed the fish or even relax in the sun. Our talented Groundsman has successfully made our gardens into beautiful areas to enjoy a cup of tea.
The walkway is one of our residents’ favourite places in their home, it is decorated seasonally which creates an experience that our relatives and residents treasure.
The Barn Lounge is where our residents come to relax, socialise or watch entertainment. It has beautiful high ceilings with loads of natural light.
Although things like hairdressing, barbering, physiotherapy and chiropody are not regulatory requirements, we believe they form an integral part of our resident’s care and should be provided at no additional cost.

At Oak Lodge, we strive to create a luxury dining experience for each of our residents and relatives. The home has a large majestic dining hall that can be used throughout the day.
Oak Lodge has a smaller additional lounge to the large communal area, this is called the family room, which is used for small gathering or group activities. The family room can also be booked for private dining events
