In the final hours of her life, the staff could not have been more professional. While it took her a little while to settle in, in all the photos we have of her at Holly Lodge she is smiling and happy which is a great comfort. She was looked after superbly and kept safe. Rico does a tremendous job; he is calm and considered and always has time for a chat even when he clearly has a lot on his plate. It is to his credit that many of his staff who said goodbye to mum, were there when she moved in. We definitely picked the right place for her to spend her final years.”

The staff are truly magnificent and always go above and beyond for your loved one. Above all the current residents that are in the home currently are nothing but a phenomenal bunch of people who come from all walks of life. They are beyond wise even with dementia.”
